Indians fall to Orioles 0-13

After a rain delay set the time of first pitch back by sixty eight minutes the Indians took the field looking to redeem yesterday's lost to the Orioles. Unfortunately the Orioles picked up right where they left off after yesterdays 13-0 win against the Indians. The Indians rookie pitcher Zach Plesac looked to even the series up as he took the mound. Plesac started the game off with a great play picking off his 4th runner to tie for the league lead as the tribe was able to get out of the inning tied at 0.

For the Indians that's where the struggles began. Plesac lasted only 3.2 innings giving up 7 runs, Coming in for Plesac was Tyler Clippard who lasted one inning giving up 2 runs in relief of Clippard the Indians sent in Aj Cole, Adam Cimber and Mike Freeman who gave up a total of 6 runs in 2.3 innings.

Offensively the Indians struggles continued as the Indians got only 4 hits on the day. The Indians look to prevent the sweep in game 3 of the 3 game series. That game starts tomorrow at 1:05 listen listen on WTAM 1100 am and 106.9 FM
