Law enforcement personnel in Manhattan, New York have arrested 62-year old Frank James.
James was wanted in connection with Tuesday's shooting at a Brooklyn subway station which wounded 10 people at the 36th Street Station in Sunset Park.
Police say the suspect put on a gas-mask and detonated two smoke canisters before firing thirty-three shots leaving the ten people with gunshot wounds.
Investigators believe James rented a van in Philadelphia the past several days which was found near the scene of the shooting.
James reportedly has addresses in Philadelphia and Wisconsin. None of those wounded suffered life threatening injuries.
