A man is facing federal charges involving lewd, indecent and obscene acts on an aircraft. Antonio Sherrodd McGarity is also facing a lifetime ban onboard Southwest Airlines after he allegedly masturbated for an hour next to a female passenger on a flight from Seattle to Phoenix.
McGarity is accused of pulling off the act four separate times during an hour period with the lady sitting right next to him. Investigators say McGarity pleasured himself onboard Southwest Flight 3814 on April 2.
The female passenger says McGarity began his acts shortly after take-off and she snapped photo evidence of a portion of it. The woman says McGarity masturbated 4 different times and ultimately fell asleep when he finished.
That's when the woman says she alerted flight staff and was transferred to another seat. To further doom McGarity, the woman gave police her photographic evidence once the plane landed in Phoenix.
McGarity reportedly told FBI investigators he indeed pleasured himself and didn't think the woman cared saying he thought it was 'kinky.' McGarity has now been placed on Southwest's No-Fly list which bands him from using the airline the rest of his life.
