A former Ohio pharmacist who spent 11 years as a fugitive has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the IRS.

Federal officials say 57-year-old Sbeih Sbeih, formerly of North Olmsted, was arrested overseas in the country of Georgia earlier this year.

Prosecutors say Sbeih helped divert pharmacy business proceeds into personal accounts to hide income from the IRS. A co-defendant remains a fugitive.
