The Medina County SPCA is asking for the public's help in identifying the person responsible for a recent act of cruelty.
A witness reports seeing someone throw a garbage bag from a red pickup truck on Tuesday evening near Wadsworth and Blake Roads.
The curious witness stopped to investigate the thrown bag and found five live kittens inside.
The young felines are now being cared for and are expected to survive.
