Charges remain pending against a man involved in the injuring of five Cleveland Police officers.
The officers came under fire Saturday while pursuing a shooting suspect.
Police were investigating a shooting on Fleet Avenue when they noticed a vehicle circling the area that was connected to a possible suspect.
Police say the driver opened fire on officers who then began pursuing the vehicle.
The driver opened fire again before crashing into a Chagrin Boulevard church building and being arrested.
Each of the injured officers is now recovering at home.
