Charges are expected to be filed today against a man following the stabbing of two law enforcement officers in Wayne County.
Sheriff Thomas Ballinger and Sgt. Dan Broome was responding to a report of a suspicious person on Tuesday in Congress Township when the suspect -- since identified as Chad Palmer -- reportedly attacked them with a knife.
Ballinger and Broome were taken to a local hospital for care and were later released.
Bodycam video of the incident was released on Wednesday.
