Cleveland police arrested an 18-year-old in connection with the shooting of an Uber driver on East 146th Street.
Police say the 41-year-old driver was shot Tuesday night in the face or jaw, and his vehicle was taken before it was later recovered.
Investigators say a firearm was also recovered, and the suspect is charged with felonious assault, with more charges expected.
Police say the driver was in stable condition Thursday.
