Several Cuyahoga County fire departments are among those statewide receiving newly announced grants from the Ohio State Fire Marshal.
A total of $2 million in equipment grants will be distributed to 148 fire departments across 72 counties.
In Cuyahoga County, the Bedford, Brook Park, Richmond Heights, and Warrensville Heights fire departments will receive equipment grants.
