Robert Keller, a Georgia man who removed both his eyes and bit off a portion of his tongue while behind bars, has been declared competent to stand trial. Keller is facing 10 charges—including malice murder, felony murder and armed robbery—in connection with the 2024 death of 43-year-old Bruce Dupree.
