Sentencing has been ordered for a Lake County woman convicted of abusing her young daughter.
Then-six-month-old Makenna Rae was taken to the hospital in 2024 with injuries described as significant and lifelong.
The child weighed only twelve pounds.
Megan Bayko was convicted last month on child endangerment charges and has now been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
