A Cuyahoga County grand jury has indicted a Garfield Heights man accused in the fatal shooting of a Cleveland Lyft driver.
Fifty-six-year-old Antoine Latham was found shot after his vehicle crashed near East 103rd and Rosehill on the night of February 8th.
Prosecutors say Derrek Dove shot the victim while trying to steal his cell phone.
Charges against Dove include aggravated murder.
