A recently-indicted East Cleveland police officer has now resigned from the department.
Prosecutors say that Latasha Moore used a police computer system to find someone she was previously in a relationship with and that she made up a story about someone running over her foot and told those lies on workers' compensation forms.
Moore faces charges including tampering with records, telecommunications fraud, and dereliction of duty.
