Cleveland Police have arrested a suspect following a violent Friday carjacking.
According to the report, the woman was approached on Madison Avenue and demanded money.
When she refused, the perpetrator shot her in the face and stole her vehicle.
Forty-seven-year-old Ronald Loftis has since been taken into custody.
