Cleveland Police are investigating a shooting on the city's East Side.
Police were responding to a shots-fired report in the area of East 109th Street and Elk Avenue when they received a follow-up report that the 28-year-old male victim had tried to drive himself to the hospital.
The victim was found on East 108th Street and was transported to a local hospital, where he was last reported to be in critical condition.
