An Amish woman accused of killing her young son in Tuscarawas County has been ruled competent to stand trial.
The judgment comes this week for Ruth Miller, who reportedly told authorities she was acting under God's direction when she threw the four-year-old off a pier and into Atwood Lake around August 24th.
Authorities say Miller's family was operating under spiritual delusions, executing tasks to prove their faith to God.
Miller has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity and is scheduled to go to trial in March.
