A pair of Cleveland paramedics were attacked while offering aid Friday night.
The Cleveland Division of EMS says two of their own were assaulted in the incident, with at least part of it reportedly caught on video.
The Cleveland Association of Rescue Employees, the union representing local medics and dispatchers, is calling for a police investigation into the incident.
The union says one of the paramedics suffered a physical deformity.
