A nine-year-old Cuyahoga County child facing attempted murder charges will be back in court today.
The judge in the child's case is holding an emergency custody hearing to see where the boy will live while he's under home monitoring.
The suspect was in court Thursday, where his attorney denied the allegations against the boy.
The boy is charged along with a ten-year-old girl in an attack on a five-year-old victim, where that victim was allegedly beaten, urinated on, and left naked in a field for hours.
