(Cleveland) Cleveland Police are asking for the public's help in searching for a missing teenage girl. 17-year-old Valissa Toney hasn't been seen since November 4th near West 28th and Detroit Avenue wearing baggie blue jogging pants, red and blue jacket, and red and blue Jordan Shoes.
Her family says they have made contact with her on the phone, but they don't know where she is. Police say that Valissa is Endangered and in need of medication.
This is not the first time that Valissa has gone missing, with incidents dating back the last few years.
