The NTSB is investigating a recent near-miss at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Reports say a Southwest Airlines flight and a Eurocopter helicopter were involved in the Wednesday incident.

The Southwest jet was approaching the airport for arrival while the helicopter was headed to Westlake to pick up a patient from St. John Medical Center.

No one was hurt.
