ABC Tech Reporter Mike Dobuski spoke to Bill about Amazon now says that Monday's widespread computer outage is largely resolved, with major apps and websites continuing to come back online throughout the evening and overnight hours. It caps a difficult day for many, with the outage effecting millions of people worldwide who rely on a wide swath of apps and websites including United Airlines, Lyft, Doordash, Roblox, and Snapchat. While frustrating, these types of outages are nothing new - Amazon and its competitors have all experienced similar disruptions in recent years. But there are some lessons to be learned
