Felony theft charges against Cleveland's Chief City Planner, Kim Scott, have been dismissed.

Scott was accused of falsifying FMLA paperwork and stealing 117 hours of paid leave.

She was arrested yesterday and placed on unpaid administrative leave.

The court granted a defense motion to dismiss the case on Wednesday due to insufficient evidence.
