A man accused of killing a Cleveland police officer and his own grandmother will continue to receive mental health treatment.

De'Lawnte Hardy is accused of shooting and killing Officer Jamieson Ritter and his own grandmother last year.

He was previously deemed incompetent to stand trial and ordered to receive treatment at a Central Ohio facility with hopes of restoring his competency so that he can stand trial.

Reports say that Hardy has not been taking his medication and his competency has not been restored.

A Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas judge yesterday ordered a reevaluation of the situation in seven months.
