Polly Holliday, the multi-faceted actress who rose to fame as 'Flo' on the long-running CBS sitcom 'Alice,' has died. She was 88. Polly also had a career in the movies, starring in 'Gremlins,' 'The Parent Trap,' 'Mrs. Doubtfire' and more. ET was on set with Polly in 1993 as she made her return to TV as Tim Allen's mother-in-law on 'Home Improvement.'
