Sportsline returns to WTAM 1100

CLEVELAND, OH – One of Cleveland’s most iconic sports talk shows is making its triumphant return. Beginning Monday, September 8, Sportsline with Dennis Manoloff will reclaim its place in WTAM 1100’s nighttime lineup, airing weeknights Monday through Friday.

Dennis Manoloff, a respected voice in Cleveland sports media, will anchor the show, bringing his trademark insight, sharp commentary, and a loyal listener base. Known for his deep knowledge and direct style, Manoloff is a natural fit to carry the Sportsline legacy forward.

The show will be wrapped around Cleveland Guardians and Cleveland Cavaliers coverage, offering fans a seamless blend of postgame analysis and broader sports conversation. Whether it’s breaking down the Guardians’ latest outing, reacting to Browns developments, or tackling national sports headlines, Sportsline promises to be a must-listen for Northeast Ohio sports fans.

The return of Sportsline also pays tribute to its rich history. The show has been a fixture on WTAM for decades, with legendary hosts like Pete Franklin and Mike Trivisonno shaping its voice and impact. Their contributions helped define Cleveland sports radio, and Manoloff’s return to the slot honors that tradition while bringing fresh energy to the format.

In addition to weeknight programming, the Sportsline name will also be heard on weekends, with longtime Cleveland sports voice Greg Brinda "The Dean of Cleveland Sports" hosting Weekend Sportsline. His presence adds continuity and depth to the brand, ensuring fans have a trusted source for sports talk every day of the week.

WTAM’s decision to revive the Sportsline brand reflects a renewed commitment to local sports talk and the enduring connection between the station and its listeners.
