(Cleveland) - Cleveland Police are asking for the public's help in finding the vehicle and driver involved in a hit-skip downtown in March that left a nine-year-old girl injured.
It was on March 29, 2025, that a father and his daughter were crossing East 9th at Lakeside. They had the green signal and were in a marked crosswalk. A southbound vehicle on East 9th attempted to turn right on Lakeside, hitting both the man and his daughter. The vehicle did not stop.
The girl had broken bones in her lower leg and ankle.
Cleveland Police are turning to the public after exhausting all leads. Anyone with information about this can contact Detective Strong at the Accident Investigation Unit, 216-623-3433.
