Charges are being filed against the suspect in a fatal shooting Tuesday at the Shaker Heights Public Library.
Eighteen-year-old Charles Shanklin was wounded in the incident and later died at a local hospital.
The suspect -- just 15 years old -- was taken into custody just after the shooting and has been charged with murder.
