The Browns are bolstering their quarterback room.
ESPN reported on Monday that the team acquired Kenny Pickett from the Eagles in exchange for a fifth-round pick and Dorian Thompson-Robinson.
Pickett served as the backup to Jalen Hurts last season and will get a chance to start for Cleveland after Deshaun Watson suffered a setback in his recovery from a torn Achilles.
The 26-year-old was originally taken by the Steelers 20th-overall in the 2022 draft and is 15-and-10 as a starter.
Meanwhile, Dorian Thompson-Robinson started two games for the Browns last year and threw six interceptions with no touchdowns.
