The Raiders are poaching their next offensive coordinator from this year's national champion.
ESPN reports that Chip Kelly is returning to the NFL to call plays under new head coach Pete Carroll.
The 61-year-old helped the Buckeyes win the national title in the same role and was head coach at UCLA for the previous six seasons.
Kelly went 35-and-34 with the Bruins.
