Hudson-based JOANN is filing for bankruptcy for the second time in the last year.
The craft retailer -- founded in Cleveland more than 80 years ago -- filed for bankruptcy in early 2024 and did so again yesterday.
The company is reportedly looking to sell to a new owner and already has attracted some interest.
JOANN operates around 800 stores with approximately 19,000 employees.
