The Browns are hiring within for an important job on head coach Kevin Stefanski's staff.

ESPN reported on Tuesday that Tommy Rees will become the team's next offensive coordinator.

He'll replace Ken Dorsey, who was fired after one season.

Rees joined Cleveland last year as the Browns' tight ends coach and pass game specialist.

The 32-year-old served as Alabama's offensive coordinator the year before and also spent time as Notre Dame's OC from 2020-to-22.

Stefanski relinquished play-calling duties to Dorsey this season but hasn't said if Rees will have the same responsibility for the 2025 season.
