Deshaun Watson went 15-of-17 for 128 yards before leaving with an injury. Dorian Thompson-Robinson completed 11-of-24 passes for 82 yards and two interceptions while Nick Chubb scored a rushing TD in his first game since Week Two of last season.
Cleveland has lost five straight and remains last in the division at 1-and-6.
