The Browns picked up their first victory of the season after earning an 18-13 win over the Jaguars at EverBank Stadium.
Deshaun Watson completed 22 of his 34 pass attempts for 186 yards.
He also carried the ball five times for 20 yards and a score.
Jerry Jeudy led the team with 73 receiving yards.
The Browns also combined for four sacks on defense.
Cleveland is now second in the AFC North at 1-and-1.
