The NCAA has delivered a Notice of Allegations (NOA) to the University of Michigan over last year's sign-stealing scandal.
The NOA alleges NCAA violations by former head coach Jim Harbaugh, current coach Sherrone Moore, and former recruiting analyst Connor Stalions, the man at the center of the scandal.
Stalions is accused of illegal in-person scouting of the Wolverines' opponents.
The scandal could potentially impact last year's national championship.
Michigan opens the season this weekend vs. Fresno State.
