The Guardians fell to the Diamondbacks 7-6 in extras from Progressive. Emmanuel Clase got the loss after giving up the go-ahead run in the 10th inning. Andres Gimenez went three-for-four with a pair of RBI as Cleveland has lost three straight, but remains first in the AL Central at 67-and-45. The three-game set continues tonight.
