(Cleveland) The Cleveland Police Department has identified a vehicle it suspects of doing donuts around a ring of fire beneath the chandelier on Playhouse Square last month.
The car is a 4-door Dodge Charger with a possible primer-colored driver's side door and driver's side front fender. The car has chrome wheels and a spoiler on the trunk. Police say there may also be some rust around the front driver's side wheel well.
