The Guardians outlasted the Red Sox after earning a 10-7 victory in 11 innings. Emmanuel Clase was credited with the win after allowing an unearned run on one hit over an inning of relief. Scott Barlow secured his first save of the season after striking out two batters without allowing a run in the bottom of the 11th. Estevan Florial went one for three with a pair of runs batted in. Cleveland improved to 12-and-5 and will continue the four-game series tonight.
