South Carolina used a dominating performance by center Kamilla Cardoso to win its third national championship in school history. The Gamecocks took down Iowa 87-75 Sunday to win it all, becoming the 10th team in Division One history to complete an undefeated season. Kardoso had 15 points and a game-high 17 rebounds en route to being named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player. It is the second title in three seasons for head coach Dawn Staley and her team. Iowa, despite 30 points from Division One all-time leading scorer Caitlin Clark, came up short in the title game for the second year in a row.
