(Cleveland) The public's help is needed in locating a vehicle involved in a hit-skip accident that happened on March 21st in front of 3892 West 146th Street. Cleveland Police believe the vehicle is believed to be a red Kia Soul, similar to the stock photos above. It is believed that the vehicle may has sustained front end damage to the grill and/or the bumper. The victim in the accident suffered serious injuries. Anyone with information on the vehicle is asked to contact the Cleveland Division of Police Accident Unit at 216-623-5295.
