NCAA President Charlie Baker is calling for a ban on prop bets in college sports.
In a statement, Baker said the bets not only "threaten the integrity of competitions", they also lead to student-athletes being harassed.
Baker's statement comes as NBA announced it was investigating the Raptors' Jontay Porter for a possible betting scandal.
