Walmart is set to buy TV manufacturer Vizio for a $2.3 billion price tag.
The deal isn't just about TVs - it's also about Vizio's SmartCast Operating System, which connects with services like Apple or Amazon and has 18 million active accounts.
Walmart might even use the platform to develop its own content, similar to Amazon Prime Video.
