(Cleveland) The U. S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested 36-year-old Vernitez Bell, who was wanted by East Cleveland Police for homicide. Bell is suspected in the April 4, 2023, shooting death of 38-year-old Domonick Allen. The incident happened in the 13000 block of 5th Avenue. Marshals found Bell today at residence on Argus Avenue in Cleveland's Collinwood neighborhood. He was taken to the East Cleveland Police Department.
