UPDATE: Lakewood Police have canceled the Amber Alert for Choice Walters. About 4 p.m. Friday, December 29, Ariel Walters and her daughter were brought to the Lakewood Police Department by her attorney. Police say that the baby appears to be healthy. The Department of Children and Family Services will look out for the baby. Lakewood Police say they'll have more to say in a few days.

(Lakewood) An Amber alert has been issued for a baby girl from Lakewood. One-year old Choice Walters was taken from a home on Clifton Blvd. in Lakewood. She was last seen at 2:20 a.m. Sunday morning. Lakewood police say the baby's mother, Ariel Walters, is accused of stabbing the girl's father and then leaving with the child.
Ariel Walters is 5 feet 4 inches, 180 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Police say Ariel Walters doesn't have a vehicle and usually gets around by UBER.
There is an arrest warrant out for Ariel Walters on a charge of Attempted Aggravated Murder for the stabbing of her husband, who was reportedly taken to the hospital in critical condition.
