(Cleveland) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Vernitez Bell. Bell is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the East Cleveland Police Department for homicide. Bell is suspected in the April 4th shooting and death of Domonick Allen that took place in the 13000 block of 5th Avenue in East Cleveland.
Vernitez Bell is 36 years old. He is black, stands 5'7", and weighs about 165.
