An Akron man was hospitalized after he was shot in the face - for refusing to share his potato chips.
Police say the 31-year-old victim was standing outside a local strip club Lusty’s Adventure in the 40 block of Stanton Avenue, when a man approached asking him to share some chips - then shot him in the face before fleeing the scene in a vehicle.
The man suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Police are still searching for a shooter.
