(Cleveland) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Manija Downey. Downey is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police and the United States Marshals Service as a suspect in a May 1st shooting where Cynquan Leggett, 27, was found dead with a gunshot wound on Park Avenue in Cleveland.
Downey, 28, is described as a black female, standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 187 pounds.
