(Cleveland) -- The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Raymond Melton. Melton is wanted by the Richmond Heights Police Department and the United States Marshals Service for homicide. On November 4th, a shooting took place at a family gathering in the 500 block of Towns Lane in Richmond Heights. Melton is suspected of shooting and killing 26-year-old Joseph Grath. Three other people were shot and injured.
Melton is 29 years old. He stands 6 feet 0 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Melton is known to spend time in Richmond Heights and Cleveland.
