The college basketball world is mourning the loss of a legend. Bob Knight died Wednesday. He was 83. Knight is the sixth-winningest coach in Division One men's college basketball history, and led three Indiana teams to a national championship. He became the youngest coach at a D1 school in 1965 when he took over for Army at the age of 24. During his 29 years with the Hoosiers, Knight won a school record 661 games and reached the NCAA tournament 24 times. His first title came in 1976 when Indiana went undefeated, something that has not been accomplished since. Knight also spent six full years as the head coach at Texas Tech. He was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1991.
