(Cleveland) - The Red Cross is in need of blood donations. Admiral Mike Parks, CEO of the American Red Cross Northern Ohio Region told WTAM's Bill Wills there is a serious shortage of blood, and that donations are needed to increase the blood supply.
Parks says the need for blood is constant, and that's why they are doing an appeal.
