A man dressed as Michael Myers is in custody following an incident in Westlake.
Police say 66-year-old Christopher Carey, alongside his young grandson, approached a woman as she was getting into her car at a shopping plaza on Center Ridge Road and King James Parkway.
Carey allegedly was wielding a plastic knife when he began yelling at the woman through her car window.
Police arrested Carey and charged him with aggravated menacing.
